When you registered for club membership you should have received a confirmation email that included your membership number. If you've opted for auto-renewal, then the email would have arrived when your membership renewed. Search your inbox for mail from support@spruceregistrations.com. Check your spam and promotions folders too. If you can't find the email, follow these steps:
- Visit the main registration page for the organization you registered with
- Click Manage an Existing Registration in the top-right
- Enter the email address you used when registering and click continue
- You'll receive an email, click the link in that email to login to your self-serve dashboard
- Locate your membership registration for the current year in your self-serve dashboard
- You may see your membership number displayed next to the registration, formatted like ABC-123456
- You can also have your confirmation (which contains your membership number) resent as follows...
- Click the "Resend Confirmation" button next to that registration
- Now go check your email again, you should have received a copy of your order confirmation
- If applicable the email will contain membership numbers and links to download membership cards
